Time is the life blood of your business, and it is important you utilize it efficiently. At one point an agent will decide that they need an assistant, however hiring an assistant is a huge commitment.
From training them properly to the obligation of having work for them to do, it can be a daunting task. With technology advancing there are many options for virtual assistants, however they cannot handle any tasks locally.
We are the perfect medium between the two, we are a group comprised of Real Estate Assistants that work remotely but live in Orange County to service your local needs.

FOUNDER & CEO
Having grown up in Hawaii, Sean carries his Aloha spirit on his sleeve. Leaving the island at the age of 17 to pursue an education, Sean graduated with a Business Economics degree from California State University of Long Beach.
He started his Real Estate career in 2012 with Brian G. Johnson as his mentor. This taught him the in's and out of the business ranging from the 30M+ Luxury market to the fixers in Riverside.
Sean always had a business driven mindset, and looks toward the ever changing future of technology and innovation. With the work smart not hard attitude, Sean started REAssistant in 2018 in an effort to change the way people find assistants in the Real Estate workplace.
